Children's safety matters to us. This page explains how to use our toys safely and how we approach US children's product safety requirements.
Age grading
Every product page lists a recommended age. Please choose toys suited to your child's age and development, and always follow the label.
Choking hazard warnings
Toys intended for children aged 3–6 that contain small parts, small balls, marbles or balloons must carry a cautionary statement, for example:
⚠ WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD — Small parts. Not for children under 3 years.
Keep packaging and small pieces away from young children.
Applicable requirements
- The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and toy standard ASTM F963 as adopted by the CPSC.
- Third-party testing and a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) for children's products, where required.
- Lead and phthalate limits, and permanent tracking labels on products and packaging.
[Certification and testing status for each product will be listed once verified with the manufacturer. We do not claim certification for any product until documentation is confirmed.]
Adult supervision
Science kits and some STEM toys should be used with adult supervision. Read all instructions before use.

Check current recalls at cpsc.gov/Recalls. If a product we sold is recalled, we'll notify affected customers where possible.
